I just couldn't resist posting this! It makes me laugh every time I watch it. Laughing is such a spiritually expansive experience...and I aspire to dance as well as this bird!

I love that video and it makes me laugh every time I see it. I so agree with you on laughter being a spiritually expansive tool. Laughing has been one of my favorite pastimes throughout my life. I was blessed from childhood to adulthood to have friendships that were filled with laughter. Just the other day a woman who lives in the apartments behind me came home to discover both her pet birds were dead. I don't know how they died, but she screamed and sobbed and it was very traumatic. You could hear the heart-wrenching anguish in her voice. It affected me deeply as I felt so bad for her and could not imagine coming home and finding my pets dead. I also had several other not so pleasant things happen that day and was feeling pretty down. That night I was watching a special on Saturday Night Live in the 1990's. It was so funny and just cracking me up and I remember thinking...this is awesome. You simply can't feel bad when you're laughing and I was so grateful to be watching the show.
