Changing Your Evolutionary Purpose

Greetings!

Many of you are in a place right now where you feel as if none of your hopes and dreams are manifesting. Many of you have used the "New Age" technology described in books and DVD's such as The Secret and You Can Heal Your Life in order to create the life you want. So...what's happening? Why are only some people creating what they want? And why aren't you getting what you want?

One reason you may not be manifesting your creations is that you have fundamental, soul-level reasons or contracts that conflict with your heartfelt desires. For example, you may want more than anything to have a child; yet it may be that your basic reason for incarnating in this lifetime is to show others that one can be happy and complete without having a biological child. Likewise, you may strongly desire financial wealth; yet perhaps you chose to come to this planet in order to live simply and to help others do the same.

Can such contracts and agreements be changed? Yes, they can. However, as a precursor, you must go deeply inward in order to discern and meditate upon why you chose these soul-level purposes for incarnating in the first place. This includes discovering what you have learned as a result of these agreements and how you have benefited from them.

Many of you may actually find that you do not truly wish to alter these agreements, while some of you may decide to make a fundamental shift in your evolutionary development. And, if you are able to make this shift from your most divine core selves - where only truth and love exist - then your lives will change as well.

Making such a shift is not always easy. It involves reaching a space of perfect union with all parts of yourself. One technique for doing so involves finding something to be grateful for in every single experience in your life - even the painful and unpleasant ones. This helps you to achieve an integration of yourself and all the energies of the universe, because you reach an understanding that all conscious beings and energies actually collaborate and work together to enhance one another's evolutionary journey. Life is a shared experience, as is consciousness. It is not a battle. It is a celebration.

When you reach this space of union, this balanced space, you can choose or change the fundamental purpose or purposes of your life. In this space, it's really very easy. Simply set your intent, and it is done. Do so without fear. You will always have an opportunity to make a different choice - in another place and another time. Remember, you choose your path. No one else chooses it for you. Rediscover your soul and its tremendous power.
